Terms and Conditions
By ordering from LINDAHARDWARE.com, the customer agrees to have read fully and understood our terms and conditions of sale. The following is a list of our terms and conditions:
Internet Order Processing
All internet orders are subject to credit card verification and will be processed within 1-3 business days from order date. Order processing does not include shipping time. All orders are subject to availability of items but not limited to stock on hand as some items drop-ship from manufacturer or vendor warehouses directly to customer. If customer has any doubt as to whether stock is available or not, or if an item is a dropship item, please contact us at 800-398-8573 or email us at email@example.com
Credit Card Processing
All credit cards are processed when order is placed regardless of stock availability. If an item is unavailable, backordered or discontinued, customer will be notified within 48 hours of order placement. If no replacement items are available or item has a large lead time and customer does not wish to wait, order will be cancelled and credit card will be credited for those items, plus any applicable shipping charges that may have been charged. If customer wishes to wait for item to come back into stock, credit card charge will stick and items will ship as soon as they become available. These are the only two options available. We will not credit a charge and recharge an item once back in stock. Customer must re-submit order and go through our order processing queue once again.
Refund and Exchange Policy
We gladly accept refunds for many items within 20 days from the day you receive your product. Items that are considered special orders or drop-ship items cannot be returned. The easiest way to determine this is by looking at the availability field on the product page. If the availability field shows a value such as, 1-2 business days or 3-5 business days, etc., this item is considered either special order or drop-ship and is non-returnable. If the availability field contains a value such as, 3 in stock and so forth, this item is in stock at our location and returnable. We make certain exceptions to these rules as well, depending on where the vendor warehouse is located and/or third party return/exchange policies. If you need to know if an item falls under the non-returnable category, please contact us before placing your order at 800-398-8573 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Here are our guidelines for returns:
1. All general returns must be setup within 20 days from the day you receive your item(s).
2. All items returned must be in original packaging
3. The product must be free from defects and/or scratches
4. Merchandise cannot have been installed
5. There cannot be any writing or labels on the item packaging
6. All items must have an assigned Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number affixed to or written on the return shipping box. To obtain an RGA number, simply give us a call or email email@example.com ** Items returned without an RGA number may delay credit.
7. Any items returned in a condition that does not allow for it to be resold (such as previously installed, or otherwise damaged) the product will be held for the customer to pick up for 90 days.

Wrong Products Received
If you are shipped a different product than you ordered. Please contact us when you receive the product. We will provide an RGA number and instructions on how and where to ship the items back. We will pay for the freight back and ship the correct product freight free of charge.
If the product you receive has manufacturing defects, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and we will replace the item. We will issue an RGA and give instructions to ship back. Products returned as defective which are found not to be defective are subject to a 25% handling charge. If the item is a non-returnable item, no credit will be issued for the return of the product. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges going back to the customer.
Any order can be canceled or changed as long as the order has not been shipped. To cancel or change an order, please contact our customer service team at 800-398-8573 or email email@example.com immediately.
Items Not In Stock, Unavailable or Backordered
If you order an item that is not in stock then we will contact you via email within 48 hours of the order being placed. The email will contain an estimated delivery date, and an explanation for the delay. If customer wishes to wait required lead time, credit card charge for this order will stick and item(s) will be shipped as soon as they are received. If customer does not wish to wait required lead time, order will be cancelled and credit card will be refunded for full amount of unavailable items, plus applicable shipping charges (please refer to credit card processing section of this agreement).
All credits are issued within five business of LINDAHARDWARE.com’s receipt of the items returned. If you have any questions about the status of your return, please contact our customer service department at 800-398-8573 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
In-Store Pickup Policy
In-store pickups are available for all items sold on our website for free. If in-store pickup is selected at checkout, customer will be notified once order is ready for pickup. If an item has a lead time under the availability section of the product page, customer needs to allow for this waiting period before picking up item(s). Pickup address for in-store pickup is 4361 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33134.
All orders picked up at our location are subject to FL state sales tax.
Most items that are below 70lbs., per item, will ship using ground service. We usually ship using UPS or FedEx (this is mainly for single porcelain orders, knobs and pulls, mosaics, faucets, Washlets, etc). We reserve the right to use any other service, if available in your area. Your order will be secured inside a box and packaged to where it should withstand any handling damage free. If your order falls within this qualification, then there will be no delivery appointment and the shipping company can leave without a signature.
Any order that is over 70 lbs., per item, may be shipped via LTL trucking companies such as FedEx Freight, R&L Carriers and Saia. We reserve the right to choose which LTL line we use. Your orders will be secured on a pallet, shrink wrapped, bubble wrapped and banded. You will also be contacted with a phone call by the local trucking dispatch to set up a delivery window.
Receiving and Inspection Protocol:
For ground shipments:
The delivery carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) will leave the order at your residence; no signature is required.
All items MUST be inspected for damages within 48 business hours of delivery.

For Freight or LTL shipments:
The delivery carrier (UPS, FedEx, R&L, etc.) will call you the day before to set up delivery time
All items MUST be inspected for damages BEFORE SIGNING.
If product is damaged, firmly refuse the damaged items and keep items in good condition.

**If you do not inspect and report damage within the immediate time frame following delivery, we may not be able to warranty damaged products.
If you require any other type of service, such as Next Day or Second Day Air, please contact email@example.com for a rate request.
We offer a "Comments" notation bar on the checkout screen if you would like a specific delivery date or have a special request for delivery. We will make every attempt to meet your request.
All orders shipped outside of FL are not subject to FL state sales tax.
Collection of Personal Information and Use
When you visit LINDAHARDWARE.com, with the help of our 3rd party authorized agents, we collect information (such as IP address, domain name, browser type, broad geographical information, site-navigation pattern, etc) to improve our website and to refine our marketing campaigns and promotions. We do not gather any personally identifying information about you when you visit this site, unless you choose to provide such information to us.
We collect certain personally identifiable information when you sign in to the lindahardware.com web site, register for on-line shopping, participate in a contest, promotion or survey, or request other services that require information, registration or subscription.
